Operating Support Program (OSP): Provides operating support to large, 501 (c) (3) non-profit arts and cultural organizations providing a season of activities that are open to the public and have a cultural tourism appeal.

Arts Activate Program (AAP): Provides project-based support for the creation and presentation of innovative arts and cultural activities that are reflective of the El Paso region's rich and diverse art, culture and heritage

Artist Incubator Program (AIP): Provides funding directly to emerging and professional individual artists to create new work.
