Agreement:

Upon agreement, I the Volunteer or Volunteer’s legal guardian, grant permission and give my consent to the City of El Paso to take and use photograph(s), videos, or electronic media images taken during the projects for general promotional purposes freely and voluntarily acknowledge that to the fullest extent permitted by law, I the Applicant, shall, and hereby, do release, defund, indemnify and hold harmless the City and the City’s officers, elected officials, employees, agents, and consultants from and against all claims, costs, loses, risk, danger, injury, death and damages, and all court arbitration, or other dispute resolution cost arising out of or relating to the Project or this Agreement including those caused by, or alleged to have been caused by, any actor failure to act of City or any of the released parties.
