Children's Day/Book DayVendor Exhibitor Guidelines

Date: Saturday, April 27, 2024
Event Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Set-up: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Location: Washington Park

Registration Deadline: April 13, 2024 (if space is still available)

• Vendors/Exhibitors of are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, and canopies.
• Booths must be set up and ready by 9:30 am.
• Booth set-up may not exceed a 10'x10' space unless approved by event organizers.
• Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for securing canopies against hazards such as wind. Weights are required -no staking or drilling allowed.
• There is no access to electricity.You must bring your own generator.
• Vendors/Exhibitors must provide youth with activities that will promote literacy, cultural enrichment, or health and wellness free of charge.
• Vendors/Exhibitors must remain for the duration of the event.
• Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for having their booths staffed at all times.
• Please limit your printed materials and/or place in bags if possible to reduce waste.
• All vendors/exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their own waste. Please dispose of any waste items in the proper receptacles at the event.
