Children's Day/Book DayVendor Exhibitor Guidelines

Date: Saturday, April 26, 2025
Event Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Set-up: 8:00 AM – 9:30 AM
Location: Washington Park

Registration Deadline: April 12, 2025 (if space is still available)

Vendors/Exhibitors of are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, and canopies.
Booths must be set up and ready by 9:30 am.
Booth set-up may not exceed a 10'x10' space unless approved by event organizers.
Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for securing canopies against hazards such as wind. Weights are required -no staking or drilling allowed.
There is no access to electricity. You must bring your own generator.
Vendors/Exhibitors must provide youth with activities that will promote literacy, cultural enrichment, or health and wellness free of charge.
Vendors/Exhibitors must remain for the duration of the event.
Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for having their booths staffed at all times.
Please limit your printed materials and/or place in bags if possible to reduce waste.
All vendors/exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their own waste. Please dispose of any waste items in the proper receptacles at the event.

Vendor (vendors are not allowed to sell their products unless previously approved by organizers. Donation in lieu of payment is strictly prohibited and will get you expelled from the event. Example: Free face painting but accepting donations.)
