After the tour request is submitted, we will check for availability for the requested date. You may be required to change the date or time of your tour if the museum has a conflict at that time. The El Paso Museum of Archaeology is closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Due to the space limitations of the museum, we might split your group between docents depending on the size.
Tour Cancelation
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a tour, please contact us at least one day prior to the tour. Our docents are not full-time staff and only come in when scheduled. We need to let them know ahead of time. Please also notify the museum if your group is running late.
Your tour is not confirmed until you receive a tour confirmation document. Please check your email after submitting the tour request for correspondence from the museum.
