Registration Deadline: October 6, 2024 (if space is still available)

Vendors/Exhibitors of are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, and canopies.

Booths must be set up and ready by 4:30 pm

Booth set-up may not exceed a 10'x10' space unless approved by event organizers.

Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for securing canopies against hazards such as wind. Weights are required -no staking or drilling allowed.

There is no access to electricity. Please bring your generators if needed.

Vendors/Exhibitors must provide teens with activities that will promote literacy, cultural enrichment, or health and wellness free of charge.

Vendors/Exhibitors must remain for the duration of the event.

Vendors/Exhibitors are responsible for having their booths staffed at all times.

Please limit your printed materials and/or place in bags if possible to reduce waste.

All vendors/exhibitors are responsible for the removal of their own waste. Please dispose of any waste items in the proper receptacles at the event.
